A concierge nurse is a licensed nurse that provides private, personalized, client-centered care in your home, hotel, air bnb, office, or other location of your choice. Service is provided under the direction of a licensed physician.
Many clients have better healthcare experiences and outcomes when they have a nurse that provides one-on-one care and is dedicated to their well-being. Concierge nurses have the time and flexibility to dedicate to their clients.
Our typical clients include the following:
- those undergoing cosmetic or general surgery, local or in the southeast area
- seniors who live alone and need oversight
- those who have chronic medical conditions
- those who are discharged from the hospital
- those who require occasional one-on-one care that have traveled to our local area
- traveling executives and high-end clients

- First Class does not provide urgent medical care services. If you have an emergency, please contact 9-1-1 or your nearest emergency room provider.
- All care provided is confidential and HIPAA compliant.
- First Class does not provide medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider and provided by the client.
- All services are private pay only. You may check with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to see if services are reimbursable. Our services are not able to be billed to insurance plans.
- All nurses have unencumbered licenses and are insured.
